Looking for more cultural diversity and warmer climates, Steven moved to Florida and attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Miami.
Upon completion of culinary school Steven jumped at the opportunity to intern abroad at El Rincon in Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain.
Chef Steven’s love for the water and adventure made for a natural transition to the yachting industry in 2012.
